Annual Bonus
The company pays performance-based bonuses twice a year, determined by overall business profits and individual employee performance.

Life Insurance
The company provides life insurance for all employees, with coverage determined by the company policy.

Medical Examinations
Depending on the nature of the job and post-illness risk, the company provides annual medical examinations for employees as appropriate.

Medical Coverage
The company provides medical expense coverage for both inpatient and outpatient treatments, in accordance with the limits set by company policy.

The company encourages employees to save by contributing to a provident fund. A contribution of 3-10% is provided to employees, depending on their years of service.
