Presently, a high-capacity manufacturing line produces up to 1.2 lakh metric tons annually, and with future plans of expanding to three lines with production capacity of 3.5 lakh metric tons annually, the facility is built to meet growing demands of modern construction while maintaining exceptional consistency and reliability. Powered by proprietary SHERA Fibertec and advanced FAC-4.0 automation, every process, from precision blending to autoclave curing and finishing, is optimized for accuracy and long-term performance.
